Call Center Prayer Team
Training
Prior to participating in call center activities you must complete orientation training for call center procedures, techniques and ground rules.
Telephone
Answer calls that come in during Bishop Chironna’s television broadcasts and webcasts as people request prayer and resource products
Personal Prayer
Be a prayer partner for requests that come in both realtime and from overnight phone messages. Must be skilled in praying the Word of God for critical situations.
Information
Obtain name/address/phone number to place on mailing list for subsequent mailings.
Product Resource Orders and Contribution
Present books, CDs, DVDs, tapes and take orders for materials and special offers and contributions. Computer skills are helpful, but not mandatory.
Written Prayer Requests
Telephone ministry prays over all written prayer requests that come in from email, television broadcasts, mail, conferences or church envelopes.
Emergency Call Back Prayer
For critical situations from the viewer calls.
